We totally get that you're eager to see your refund!

It's on its way, but it does take a little time for everything to get processed.

First, your return needs to make its way back to us. Once it arrives at our PO Box, one of our team members will pick it up and get things moving. You can keep an eye on the tracking information to see when it gets delivered.

Once we've got your return, it usually takes about 5-10 business days for us to issue your refund. After that, it can take another 3-5 business days for your bank to process it and show it in your account.

Just a heads up that all refunds have to go back to the original payment method. If you've had any issues with your card, like if it's been compromised or the numbers have changed, no worries! As long as the account is the same, we can still send that refund straight to your account.
