We totally get that you're eager to see your refund! 

If you’ve initiated a return for a refund through our return portal (available here: https://brickhouse.loopreturns.com/#/), your refund will typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after the return is in transit.

Just a heads up that all refunds have to go back to the original payment method. If you've had any issues with your card, like if it's been compromised or the numbers have changed, no worries! As long as the account is the same, we can still send that refund straight to your account.
