Shipping and Handling

If something goes sideways with your delivery, we want to fix it.

We have a 30-day window from the date your carrier marks the order as delivered to trace the package and make things right, whether that means a replacement or a refund. Just reach out within that window and we've got you.

After your return is on its way back, plan for 2 to 6 business weeks for shipping, processing, and bank communication. Most refunds land within 3 to 5 business days once processed.
