My Order Says Delivered, But I Can't Find It.

First, don't panic. It happens more than you'd think.

Start here:

• Check around your home, with neighbors, or with building management. Carriers often leave packages in spots that aren't immediately obvious.
• Double-check the shipping address on your confirmation email to make sure it went where it was supposed to go.
• Give it 1 to 3 business days. Packages occasionally get marked as delivered before they actually arrive.
