Having Trouble With Our Site? Try This.

We obsessively fine-tune our products. The website, we'll admit, occasionally needs a nudge. Here's what usually fixes it:

1. Use Chrome or Safari. Our site runs best on both. Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.

2. Clear Your Cache and Cookies. Old data is a common culprit.

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All

3. Disable Browser Extensions. Ad blockers and other extensions can interfere with checkout and other site functions. Try turning them off temporarily.

  • Chrome: More Tools > Extensions > toggle off
  • Safari: Preferences > Extensions > uncheck

4. Try Incognito or Private Mode

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)
  • Safari: Cmd+Shift+N

5. Check Your Internet Connection. A quick router restart fixes more than people give it credit for.
