Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details to the email you provided at checkout. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
If you have a BrickHouse Nutrition account, you can see the shipment tracking and status of any pending orders in your portal!
Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update.
If you have not received an order confirmation with tracking info, it's possible there was a typo in the provided email address. Please reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to check on it for you!
