How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is placed and processed, you'll get a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number. Click the link in that email or drop the tracking number into our tracking page directly.

Have a BrickHouse account? You can check your shipment status anytime from your portal.

Heads up: tracking info can take up to 24 hours to populate after your order ships.

No confirmation email? It happens. A typo at checkout is usually the culprit. Reach out to our customer service team and we'll track it down for you.
